NALU GALÍCIA IBERIAN CUP
GWA WINGFOIL QUALIFYING SERIES 2022
Galicia opens its doors to make the water sport of Wing-Foil even better known.
A current modality in the world of sailing sport, but it was actually just since 2020 when the sport started to grow.
From the 23rd to the 25th of September we will be able to enjoy the second stop of the Iberian Wing-Foil Qualifying Series Tour, organized by the NALU Sports Club.
It will take place on the beach of Santa Cristina (Oleiros) Coruña. A
perfect location for this event, wide sandy beach with average winds between 12 and 20 knots.
The event will score for the annual ranking of the Iberian Wing-Foil Tour, which in turn will be a qualifying event for the GWA Wing-Foil Qualifying Series 2022.
It establishes a progressive and supportive structure for athletes, national associations and youth development programs around the world.
Entries will be open from 15 August until 23 September, for anyone wishing to compete in the categories of Surf-Slalom (female/male), Surf-Freestyle (female/male)and Fun Race (female/male).
The event will have a technical team made up of industry professionals with many years of experience and members of the current GWA Wing-foil World Tour.
Above all, great athletes will be present, who will once again impress the spectators with their potential.
From the NALU Yacht Club, the organisation and the competitors we invite you to the Galician beaches to enjoy a first class event.
